Ran from 1950 to 1967 then again from 1968 until 1975. It was one of the most successful Game Shows ever, and I think one of the best too. Every big star was on that show. From Frank Sinatra to Elizabeth Taylor, Alfred Hitchcock, Walt Disney, Jerry Lewis and so many more…
HENRY MORGAN ON A 1970s TV

The Godfather said, “I’m a changed man, I no longer shoot guns… Instead when I get mad at a guy I throw a BLANK at him.”
Oh wow, I totally forgot that this was the sixth anniversary. I still need to do this today, it’s not midnight on the west coast yet!! RIP to another one of my heroes.

It would be awesome if a local affiliate managed to somehow unknowingly keep at least a dozen or so extra episodes back in their vault some place. I wouldn’t ever get my hopes up, but at the same time you never know. That’s how the CBS episodes of The Joker’s Wild were found I believe.
Damn networks and their wiping back then.
I’ve never fully believed that Merv didn’t keep his tapes since it’s pretty well known that most all of the tapes of his talk show exist. It wouldn’t shock me whatsoever if more of Fleming’s run was out there. AFAIK the NBC revival still exists in full, and there’s no way that the 1974-75 nighttime season doesn’t exist.
EXACTLY.
If this show ever returns, I swear I am auditioning. SOMEONE PLEASE JOIN ME AS MY PARTNER.
